Display Energy Certificates
It is mandatory for every public building, with a useful floor area of more than 250m2, to have a Display Energy Certificatge and Advisory Report.
These display the buildings energy use over the past 3 years, and they must be displayed in an area visible to the public.
The purpose of these certificates is to encourage sites to reduce their energy consumption each year.
